My credits are not there?
If you have just purchased credits and they are not displaying in your account balance please try and restart your browser. PayPal transactions are almost always instant but from time to time they have delays - please give the process a few hours before contacting us if they are not displaying.
If you have used a PayPal eCheck the process takes PayPal up to 4 business days to clear the funds to us - as soon as this happens your credits will be active. If you do not have a current balance to cover your purchase in your PayPal account, i.e your bank account is linked to your PayPal account to draw funds, the purchase will default to eCheck.
