My file won't download...

Note: You can download purchased files as many times as required for 24 hours after the purchase in your My Transactions section.

If your file did not download you may not have completed the download process correctly.

If credits were deducted and you confirmed your download by ticking the “agree to terms” box then clicked “DOWNLOAD”, the file would have automatically downloaded to your PC. Try a keyword search on your PC - keyword “VectorStock”. If the file you downloaded seems to be damaged please try downloading it again, this will often fix your problem. You can download the file as many times as you required for 24 hours after the purchase.

If it still looks damaged please contact support@vectorstock.com so that we can fix the file and/or give you a refund.
